So, my name is Kris Holcombe. I'm the lead artist and an actor of Arx Mortis Haunted Attraction, in Killen, AL (ranked #1 in the nation by Rand McNally in 2010). I've been a long time fan of Deviant Art and just now decided to join up, officially. I've been a huge fan of art ever since I was a kid. I started drawing from a very young age. Just recently, I did some sketches and basic designs for a haunted house that I'm heavily involved with, and the owner loved them so much that he convinced me that I needed to get back into doing this stuff.

I'm lucky enough to have a highly supportive family, friends, girlfriend, and "legion" backing me with every step I take into this whole journey I'm on right now. I have a full-time job, but nearly every moment outside of that, I'm doing new work (mainly for the haunt and a couple local businesses). Hoping to get to some original pieces VERY soon!

Personally, I work with (and prefer) pencil and ink, but every now and then, I enjoy trying my hand at photography. And music definitely plays a big role in inspiring me.

I just want to thank all those who support me, day-in and day-out, for encouraging me to get back into this and really, just for being you! Much love to you all! And without a doubt, Deviant Art artists have motivated me and been an inspiration along the way, so I hope to get to know some of you while I'm on here. Thank you so much!
